Heart Wisdom is living from the heart. Each one of us hold this wisdom within. It’s always been there and always will be. The only distinction is that many of us live our lives with a disconnection to this wisdom. Heart Wisdom coaching is the practice of re-connecting to our inner wisdom and shining it through many aspects of our life, such as career, relationships, finances, family and health, so that we may live in our full expression of life.

When we live from our heart we invite TRUST, BALANCE, INTUITION, CLARITY, and LOVE into our lives. It becomes effortless, but nonetheless a practice of awareness. Using coaching techniques along with various spiritual concepts and philosophies, including meditation, visualization, intuitive guidance and numerology. The process can be quite transformational.

LISTENING- I will listen to you on all levels. We all have a story, a perspective, roles that we play and values. This makes up much of who we are, how we see ourselves and how other people perceive us.

ACKNOWLEDGE- I will acknowledge you on all levels to create a trusting, comfortable and sacred space.

VISION/GOAL- I will invite all possibilities to facilitate you in life and creating a vision plan for this powerful transformational journey.

ACTION/PRACTICE- I will support you in taking action in your life and creating a practice to live fully from your heart in balance. This is called conscious living.

REFLECTION- I will remind you of how far you have come and to reflect on the beautiful wisdom that you have within yourself.

Price for sessions are $75 for 1 hour and $45 for 30 min

After the first preliminary session, it is recommended to commit to 6-12 sessions to get the full benefit of the coaching process.
