Rachel’s studies in personal development and spiritual concepts started at the age of 19 while obtaining her bachelors degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara. At an early age she realized that balance, self worth and having a connection to her “Inner Being” played a huge role in creating the quality of life that she wanted; qualities she wanted to share with her clients.

Rachel has been working with clients professionally for several years. Her heart-based work has spanned the globe from the United States and Europe to Australia. Her company, Heart Wisdom, showcases various products for personal and spiritual development.
