Tonight I sit pondering upon this picture of sitting stones.  From a quick glance it just looks like sitting stones arranged neatly in a zen formation. But look beyond the physicality of the stones and instead look at their wisdom and teaching.

Yes, believe it or not, we can learn a lot from these stones. For these stones are living in the present moment. The past has already happened and they are not really worried about the future. They are just there. Being.

The stones seem happy and content, not worried about what they look like, or how others will perceive them. For they know that they are perfection. They are connected fully to their infinite wisdom. Their gift is not something that you have to pay money for or have years of education. Their gift has always been with them.

They pass their gift along to whoever will slow down to pay attention, they do not expect anything in return. For they are happy just being. This is all they need.

What great examples these stones are. Some of our best teachers go unnoticed.
